We invite the young people with the overweight and the stoutness on specialistic possessions and slimming camps.
On of camps:
training out of doors , on the gym hall and in the basin, walks after meals, cycling tours,
occupations with the dietetician, tournaments, plays, discoes, fire-places.
The food:
5 meals daily about the lowered caloricity - 1500 kcal for girls and 1800 kcal for boys. The checked, balanced diet, adapted to the application of the growing organism, arranged by dieteticians from the Institute of the Food and the Nourishment. 2-3 the hour from one meal to another do not allow to the pronouncement of the hunger.
On these camps complexes disappear!
Children will return not only lighter but full of the energy and the self-confidence.
